Company Brief
Efecto Studios is a videogame developer with more than 14 years of experience, providing high production value to all the development pipeline. Our core discipline is creating realistic Assets from Concept Art, Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, Animation and Engine Master Material. Unreal Engine has been our main development engine since 2005. If we had to pinpoint a superpower, it would be our commitment towards always remembering we’re a game development studio, therefore every asset we produce should be produced and evaluated with the engine in mind, always thinking about the end product and not something in isolation.
OUR HISTORY
Efecto started out as a six person team with no clients and no local industry whatsoever. Through the lessons learned from Immersion Games’ experience, the team stayed focused and project by project, each step and person at a time, we are now a 40+ people studio and a leading example at the local level, where we’ve been able to help an infant industry in its first steps.

How to get started
We constantly receive many emails with a similar question: where to start to eventually be a possible candidate for the vacancies that Efecto is continually opening. Currently we can group the profiles that make up our team into two main areas: Artists and Programmers.
Programmer
Person in charge of implementing game mechanics and all the elements necessary to interact with it. To perform this function we recommend the following courses:
